Revenue Growth Strategist for Semiconductor Industry

As a Revenue Growth Strategist for Semiconductor Industry, you will play a critical role in driving revenue expansion for our innovative power semiconductor products in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support to customers, ensuring seamless product development and design integration.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Deliver regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of customer technical needs.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with a focus on power products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong 'hunter mentality' and ability to acquire new customers.
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
