Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Coordinator to join our team at Software People. This role involves direct collaboration with various stakeholders, including team members, management, and external vendors, to effectively manage project information and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with personnel across all levels to compile and oversee essential information for project plans and reports.
  • Define project goals and parameters by analyzing proposals to assess timelines, funding, and project phases.
  • Establish and apply project management methodologies to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to produce deliverables tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Identify and assess potential risks impacting projects and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Point of Contact (POC) for processes related to IT Services projects.
  • Recommend enhancements in efficiency and productivity to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for all IT Services initiatives to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Monitor project milestones and activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings to stay informed about overall operations and project initiatives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools for documentation and reporting on project activities.
  • Engage actively in discussions and workshops concerning IT projects.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Medicaid, Social Services, or similar public benefit programs is highly desirable, along with a proven track record in IT project success.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with documentation related to Health Information Technologies, IT Network Infrastructure, and Project Management software is beneficial.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Project Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in network infrastructure and system administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP Certification is required; additional IT certifications are a plus.
