JOB SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance our team.

In this capacity, you will oversee all facets of a large-scale, intricate, or significant engineering initiative, ensuring its completion within the designated timeline and budget.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directs or orchestrates project planning, resource allocation, staffing, progress tracking, personnel management, and problem-solving for engineering initiatives.

• Guarantees that project outcomes align with requirements concerning technical excellence, dependability, timelines, and financial constraints.

• Tackles complex challenges; adopts a fresh viewpoint utilizing existing solutions.

• Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

• Identifies, cultivates, and assembles essential resources to fulfill project objectives.

• Develops intricate engineering designs and work specifications, alongside schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

• Monitors activities, distributes resources, and assigns responsibilities to ensure objectives are achieved.

• Collaborates with other departments to secure specialized resources and contributions for projects.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

This is a full-time role within our organization. Remote work and relocation assistance are not provided. Candidates must possess eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
