Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join RemX's administrative team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving company success by performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendaring and expense reports processing.
- Assist in scheduling physician schedules and inputting their hours in the timekeeping system.
- Help schedule staff schedules in ShiftHound and monitor for call-offs.
- Assist on projects, generate reports, and provide administrative support.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; OneDrive is a plus.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events.
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Perform all other office tasks as required.
- Qualifications:
- 3 years' previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
