EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
- Manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including overseeing a highly active schedule of appointments; preparing expense reports; drafting and organizing various communications; coordinating intricate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
- Ensure that all presentation materials are thoroughly reviewed at appropriate stages before distribution.
DATA ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS
- Deliver direct analytical assistance to business stakeholders to prioritize, implement, analyze, and enhance marketing strategies.
- Identify current and prospective audiences for marketing initiatives utilizing both internal data and existing market research.
- Provide recommendations for audience segmentation and personalization across digital marketing platforms, while optimizing current marketing systems and workflows.
- Generate, adjust, and compile reports to meet changing data needs, focusing on evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Recognize business trends and shifts, offering data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and extract data points for stakeholders.
- Act as a best-practices owner for A/B testing and other controlled experiments.
TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
- Investigate, assess, develop, and implement business processes, workflows, technological solutions, and frameworks within the organization.
- Comply with business-specific standards relevant to various initiatives when formulating functional system requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to work in high-noise environments and busy settings.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and requests under tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to work during evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project timelines.
- Position involves exposure to sensitive company information, requiring strict confidentiality.
- Must exercise the highest level of discretion when interacting with staff, vendors, and business partners regarding sensitive issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in time management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate various work streams under pressure.
- Ability to learn and become proficient with project management software.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and research capabilities.
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
