Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Engineer/Office Manager to join our team at HJ Russell and Company. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including contract management, vendor compliance, and general office operations.
  • Process subcontractor pay applications and payments, and assist with certified payroll processing.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer with the creation and production of project financial reports.
  • Perform project close-out requirements, including assisting with the preparation of owner pay applications and submissions.
  • Assist with diversity tracking compliance and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CMiC, Procore, DocuSign, Certified Payroll, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
