Job Summary

Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, office machine operation, and filing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting planning, and event coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
