Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative coordination support to our Design, Engineering & Science team and our Boston and Concord offices.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of commitment to providing quality service, producing quality outputs, and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Support key members of the leadership team with logistics associated with travel, expense report submission, calendar or meeting coordination support, and logistics related to client meetings or other events.
- Be a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining best practice processes, sharing of information, adhering to and maintaining knowledge management systems, Teams sites, and databases already in place.
- Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
- Be the point of contact for all day-to-day office matters.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Act as an administrative main point of contact for staff and provide support to the business in any other additional areas required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Common sense in understanding the needs of the office environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead multiple tasks.
- Ability to work optimally in a team environment.
- Validated interpersonal skills and ability to get along with all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Self-starter who takes pride in their work.
