Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 2Life Communities. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our headquarters, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Coordinate mail distribution, monitor spending for office supplies, process overnight and courier deliveries, and track and reorder kitchen supplies.
  • Human Resources Support: Plan and coordinate employee events, maintain the Headquarters page on The Source, and serve as a point of contact for headquarters office equipment and vendors.
  • Corporate Recordkeeping and Board Logistics: File annual reports, obtain and maintain SAMs and UEI registrations, maintain corporate records, and collaborate with the Administrative Strategic Coordinator and General Counsel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Notary public or ability to obtain notary commission
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in using office software and database management
Working Conditions

This role will be based in our headquarters and will require regular use of office equipment and computer. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve measurable results.
