Position Overview:
We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Apex Behavioral Consulting LLC. Our mission is to enhance the lives of children and their families through the application of scientifically validated techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols tailored to each client.
- Assist in client intake processes and conduct thorough assessments.
- Implement and oversee the execution of treatment plans and behavior protocols.
- Provide direct supervision and training to staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders, including educational institutions and service providers.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with early intervention practices is preferred.
- Open to recent graduates; we offer comprehensive training and supervision for new BCBAs.
