Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Beacon ABA Services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for clients, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Design and implement behavioral interventions and teaching programs to support client progress.
  • Provide training and support to families and staff on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of teaching programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable personal transportation.
