Attractive Compensation - Starting pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour.

Full-time candidates may qualify for:
$2,500 signing bonus
$250 monthly incentives

Beacon ABA Services excels in implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our therapists engage directly with these children in their home environments, utilizing tailored objectives designed to foster independence.

We welcome entry-level applicants, and comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions.
  • Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6:30 PM.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours) with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience is acceptable.
  • A High School Diploma with at least one year of relevant experience may be considered for part-time afternoon roles only (3:00 PM - 6:30 PM).
