About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Kids First Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with clients in a home-based environment, implementing treatment plans established by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain program materials, including treatment protocols and data collection systems.
  • Collaborate with our BCBA Supervisors to review program goals and procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data, utilizing data collection software to track client progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings to ensure continuous professional growth and development.
  • Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, providing support and guidance to families.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Meet the requirements for maintaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, including tracking supervision hours and completing annual renewal requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
  • 3-4 years of experience conducting 1:1 work with clients, with a focus on addressing challenging behaviors.
  • 3-4 years of experience working with children and adults, with a focus on case management and behavioral plans.
  • 3-4 years of experience in direct, professional ABA work, with a focus on data collection and analytical reporting.
  • CentralReach ABA Software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and other professionals.
