Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff members
  • Attend regular clinical case reviews and contribute to the development of treatment plans
  • Lead the application of our treatment philosophy in the field and ensure consistency across all programs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive progress reports
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Respond to client and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualified licensed healthcare professional status
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience as a behavior technician implementing ABA treatment plans
