Responsibilities:


Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients and referral sources within a designated territory to promote our home care services.

Collect and organize account-related data, providing valuable insights on key customer opportunities. Prioritize accounts in alignment with the market sales strategy.

Continuously conduct market evaluations and formulate a detailed marketing strategy aimed at achieving budgetary volume targets.

Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to meet budgetary volume goals.

Foster and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential referral and payer sources.

Enhance community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Bridge as a premier provider of services.


Maintain an extensive understanding of Bridge's markets, including government entities, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors' market positioning.

Keep abreast of marketing trends and share insights with relevant personnel.


Possess a thorough knowledge of community resources and assist clients in accessing these resources when services are not provided by Bridge.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or G.E.D is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare marketing management and/or home care operations is preferred, along with at least one year of sales experience.

Demonstrated capability to supervise and guide professional and administrative staff.

Ability to market effectively and engage tactfully with clients and the community.

Knowledge of corporate business management principles.

Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Demonstrates independence, organization, assertiveness, adaptability, and teamwork in fulfilling job responsibilities.
