Infinium Spirits, Inc. is a family-owned spirits company founded in 2005. We specialize in sales, marketing, and logistics for a diverse portfolio of award-winning spirits brands.
Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead brand-building efforts in Southern California. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and distribution plans to drive growth and increase category share.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned.
- Conduct business reviews and lead distributor training and development.
- Implement strategic programs for product launches, retail promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of key accounts and market conditions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and consult on strategies that benefit both parties.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of alcohol/beverage industry experience.
- Proven experience in on and off-premise sales and distributor management.
- Understanding of brand building in the spirits category.
- Understanding of pricing, profit, and brand economics at the account level.
