Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead brand-building efforts in Southern California. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and distribution plans to drive growth and increase category share.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned.
  • Conduct business reviews and lead distributor training and development.
  • Implement strategic programs for product launches, retail promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of key accounts and market conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and consult on strategies that benefit both parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of alcohol/beverage industry experience.
  • Proven experience in on and off-premise sales and distributor management.
  • Understanding of brand building in the spirits category.
  • Understanding of pricing, profit, and brand economics at the account level.
