Key Responsibilities

  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues as they arise
  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, providing room keys and recording payment details
  • Handle incoming calls and manage online and in-person booking requests, while providing information about room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests

Administrative Duties:
Ensure all guest account information is accurate and current

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to confirm rooms are prepared for incoming guests

Qualifications

  • Proficient in managing phone communications and handling high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in the hospitality sector or a related field
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
