Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and independent team player who is keen to join our dedicated engineering technician group, leveraging their expertise to drive the growth of our organization.

Key attributes for success in this role include:

  • Developing new item masters, Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, quotes, and product specifications.
  • Possessing a strong ability to interpret customer drawings and schematics.
  • Documenting and creating new components or modifications promptly to support business expansion.
  • Ensuring all changes are properly documented, organized, and communicated across relevant departments.
  • Exhibiting mechanical aptitude and the capability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
  • Engaging in all process areas to guarantee the overall quality of manufacturing.
  • Assisting in the management of Engineering Change Requests.
  • Providing on-site support when required.

An ideal candidate would possess some or all of the following qualifications:

  • A two-year technical degree in an engineering-related discipline is required for candidates with less than two years of experience.
  • Alternatively, three to five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A commitment to ongoing improvement and professional development.
