We are in search of a motivated and self-sufficient team member who is eager to join our dedicated engineering technician group, utilizing their expertise to foster the growth of our organization.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Develop new item masters, Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, quotes, and product specifications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting customer drawings and schematics.
- Document and construct new components or revisions promptly to support business expansion.
- Ensure that modifications are recorded, organized, and communicated to all relevant departments.
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
- Engage in all process areas to guarantee the overall quality of manufacturing.
- Assist in managing Engineering Change Requests.
- Provide on-site support when required.
An ideal candidate would encompass some or all of the following attributes:
- A two-year technical degree in an engineering-related discipline is required for those with less than two years of professional experience.
- Alternatively, three to five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A commitment to continuous improvement.
