Position Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering accurate, timely, and relevant information to members, customers, patients, and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for member inquiries and issues related to the Client Plan and provider services.
  • Build and maintain rapport with current and prospective members while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Handle a variety of member inquiries, including but not limited to:
    • Facility Inquiries
    • Web Support
    • Order ID Card Requests
    • Eligibility and Benefit Inquiries
    • Billing Inquiries
  • Document all incoming communications to determine their nature and respond to complex inquiries effectively.
  • Promote exceptional customer service by demonstrating skills aligned with the organization's commitment to quality service.
  • Collaborate with relevant personnel to gather necessary information for resolving concerns.
  • Evaluate data to implement appropriate actions for complaint resolution and service recovery.
  • Support compliance and maintain the confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Successful completion of required assessments: CSR 1 Assessment and Basic Computer Literacy Assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Work Environment:

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late hours, in alignment with operational needs.

Training and Equipment:

Training will be conducted remotely, and candidates must have a hardwired internet connection.
