Role Overview
As a vital component of our operations, the Customer Care Agent serves as the reassuring voice for our clients. Our call center operates around the clock, and agents work on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays, ensuring a consistent work routine.

Training and Development
No prior experience in the industry is required. We take pride in our comprehensive training program, which includes a fully paid, extensive four-week training course conducted in a state-of-the-art classroom setting.

Position Details

  • Employment Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Compensation: $20 per hour, with additional pay differentials for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekend work, and bilingual Spanish capabilities.

Commitment Recognition
We acknowledge the dedication of our employees who support our clients at all hours. To honor this commitment, we provide shift differentials for hours worked outside of standard business hours:
  • Evening hours (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM): +$0.50/hr
  • Night hours (9:01 PM - 6:00 AM): +$1.00/hr
  • Weekend hours (midnight - 11:59 PM): +$1.00/hr
  • Bilingual Spanish pay increase: +$1.00/hr
Health and Safety Requirements
All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all required training and adhere to company protocols.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from clients and relevant agencies.
  • Deliver attentive customer service and empathetic support with urgency.
  • Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals.
  • Handle security alarm activations for homes and businesses professionally.
  • Maintain composure and multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree, military experience, or 2+ years in customer service.
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable using a headset in a high-volume call environment.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check to meet industry standards.
