As a leader in the alarm monitoring sector, Rapid Response Monitoring is redefining industry standards. Utilizing cutting-edge technology in our monitoring center, our dedicated team safeguards lives and properties by promptly responding to alarm signals, reaching out to clients, and delivering essential support. This includes verifying false alarms and coordinating emergency services when necessary. As a vital part of our organization, you will also deliver outstanding customer service via phone, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to alarm systems.
Training and Development
No previous experience in the industry is required. We take pride in our comprehensive training program, offering fully compensated, extensive instruction over a four-week period in a state-of-the-art training environment.
Position Availability
We have openings for:

- Part-Time Positions
Compensation Structure
The hourly wage starts at $20, with additional pay differentials for second and third shifts, weekend work, and bilingual capabilities in Spanish.
Shift Differentials
- Evening hours (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM): +$0.50/hr
- Night hours (9:01 PM - 6:00 AM): +$1.00/hr
- Weekend hours: +$1.00/hr
- Bilingual Spanish: +$1.00/hr
Health and Safety Requirements
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required training and adhere to company protocols.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from clients and authorities in a call center environment.
- Provide attentive customer service and empathetic support with urgency.
- Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals effectively.
- Handle security alarm activations professionally for both residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain composure and multitask in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree, military experience, or a minimum of two years in customer service.
- Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable using a headset in a high-volume call environment.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check to meet industry standards.
