As a vital component of our operations, the customer service role embodies the essence of support and reassurance. Our call center operates around the clock, requiring representatives to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, ensuring a consistent work routine.

Our team is dedicated to responding promptly to alarm activations, assisting customers, confirming false alarms, and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.

Training and Development
No previous experience in the industry is required, as we offer comprehensive training programs. New hires will undergo a fully compensated, extensive training period in a modern classroom setting.

Position Details

  • Work Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Compensation: $20 per hour with additional pay differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekend work, and bilingual skills.

Incentives
We recognize the dedication of our employees who support our clients at all hours. Therefore, we provide shift differentials for hours worked outside standard business hours, including:
  • Evening hours (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM): +$0.50/hr.
  • Night hours (9:01 PM - 6:00 AM): +$1.00/hr.
  • Weekend hours: +$1.00/hr.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) pay increase: +$1.00/hr.
Health and Safety Requirements
All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all mandatory training and adhere to company policies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers and relevant agencies.
  • Deliver attentive customer service and empathetic support, prioritizing urgency.
  • Respond to and verify emergency signals, dispatching as needed.
  • Handle security alarm activations professionally.
  • Maintain composure and multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree, military experience, or 2+ years in customer service.
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable using headsets in a high-volume call environment.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check to meet industry standards.
