Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with systems utilized within the Member Services Contact Center.

Preferred Experience:

Work Environment:

The Member Services Contact Center operates during specified hours, requiring flexibility to accommodate weekend and evening shifts. Candidates must be prepared to engage in remote training and possess a reliable internet connection.
