- Address complex inquiries and issues from members while fostering positive relationships in compliance with established guidelines.
- Handle a variety of member inquiries, including but not limited to eligibility, benefits, and billing issues.
- Document all interactions meticulously to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers, demonstrating a commitment to quality service.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to obtain necessary information and resolve concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with systems utilized within the Member Services Contact Center.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in health insurance and call center operations.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Environment:
The Member Services Contact Center operates during specified hours, requiring flexibility to accommodate weekend and evening shifts. Candidates must be prepared to engage in remote training and possess a reliable internet connection.
