Job Title:

Sales Digital Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Digital Operations Analyst to join our team at Gerdau North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain a suite of digital tools critical to the sales processes, including user access, set up, permissions, and support for onboarding new customers and internal users.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Owner/s and business to understand feature requirements and document the process/requirement/data flow as-is/future state to support feature development.
  • Provide training to end-users on the effective use of digital tools and updated processes, and offer ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with the Data and IT Teams to ensure new and existing features populate all necessary data to support planned KPIs, and generate and analyze reports on digital tool usage, process performance, and key metrics.
  • Monitor the performance of digital tools and processes, identifying opportunities for refinement, and implement enhancements and optimizations to improve overall workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related area.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, marketing analytics, or related analytical roles preferred.
  • Experience in process documentation and business requirements gathering.
  • Experience with SAP and sales process.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with common programs (such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), RPA technology (Robotic Process Automation).
  • Ideally basic data/sql skills.
  • Time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills, customer focus, work creatively and analytically to solve day-in and day-out problems.
  • Requires proven ability to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with commercial and operations teams.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in manufacturing, steel, or steel using industries preferred.
