Naked Farmer is in search of a proactive Operations Analyst to collaborate across various departments and enhance organizational value. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical capacity
  • Adeptness in thriving within a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
  • Interest in the culinary sector and a curiosity about food and community
  • Ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for numbers, capable of analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and a commitment to achieving results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in managing time effectively while handling multiple priorities

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will engage with multiple components of our restaurant group and act as a key strategic partner, contributing to value creation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing data to build models, create user-friendly dashboards, share insights, and implement best practices to support Naked Farmer's ongoing growth
  • Serving as a resource for restaurant leaders by delivering essential weekly reports and developing guides to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Assisting in the provision of weekly reporting and analysis for all Naked Farmer digital channels (Pickup, Delivery, Catering)
  • Contributing to the development, monitoring, and deeper understanding of KPIs across Naked Farmer's digital operations, while creating resource materials to enhance offsite processes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve weekly sales forecasts
  • Identifying, prioritizing, structuring, and recommending solutions for complex business challenges, leveraging analytics and business judgment for decision-making
  • Spending time in the field to validate recommendations and working alongside field leaders to pinpoint opportunities and enhance processes for offsite operations
  • Translating strategic initiatives into specific business actions and developing tools for implementation, measurement, and evaluation.
  • Collaborating closely with Operations & Store Leadership teams to support seasonal menu launches, including menu management and promotional materials for our restaurants.
  • Partnering with departments such as finance, operations, supply chain, and culinary to identify opportunities related to food, materials, and maintenance costs.
