POSITION: OPERATIONS ANALYST

Naked Farmer is seeking a proactive Operations Analyst to collaborate across various departments and enhance organizational value. You will utilize data analytics, construct models, convey insights, and implement best practices to refine and elevate processes during a period of significant growth. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical capacity
  • Adeptness in thriving within a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in the culinary sector and a curiosity about food and people
  • Capability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for data analysis, with the ability to navigate both qualitative and quantitative information
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and a commitment to achieving results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks with varying priorities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will engage with multiple facets of our restaurant operations and will be a key strategic partner in driving value. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing data to build models, develop user-friendly dashboards, communicate insights, and implement best practices to support Naked Farmer's growth trajectory
  • Acting as a resource for restaurant leaders by delivering essential weekly reports and creating guides to translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Providing analytical support for all Naked Farmer digital channels (Pickup, Delivery, Catering) through weekly reporting
  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of KPIs for the Naked Farmer digital business and creating resource materials to enhance offsite processes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve weekly sales forecasts
  • Identifying, prioritizing, structuring, and recommending solutions for complex business challenges using analytics and business judgment
  • Spending time in the field to validate recommendations and work with field leaders to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization
  • Translating strategic objectives into specific business initiatives and developing tools for implementation, measurement, and evaluation
  • Collaborating closely with Operations & Store Leadership teams to support seasonal menu launches, including menu management and promotional materials
  • Partnering with finance, operations, supply chain, and culinary teams to identify opportunities related to food, materials, and maintenance costs
