About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team at Apothecary Products, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales initiatives and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings, including presentation decks, item setup sheets, and surveys
  • Assist the sales team with gathering information for RFQs/RFIs and manage the maintenance of existing items
  • Analyze sales reports to aid in creating sales presentations and internal business updates
  • Prepare for trade shows and maintain customer and presentation repositories
  • Offer new ideas to support the fulfillment of department goals
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, and/or support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of APL's sales process or ability to quickly attain
  • Customer-focused mindset and high level of agility
  • Ability to write and edit documents with a high level of accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to navigate/learn other business information platforms
