- Assist guests in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements, providing a tailored shopping experience.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-maintained.
- Embody a culture of inclusivity by treating guests and colleagues with respect and dignity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask, with a flexible approach to a quickly changing environment.
