Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engineering tasks related to water and wastewater infrastructure and conveyance systems.
  • Engage in the planning and design of large diameter pipeline projects.
  • Oversee various pipeline materials such as ductile iron, steel, PVC, and HTPE.
  • Design water and wastewater infrastructure, including pump stations, lift stations, tanks, and pipelines.
  • Support client relations and contribute to business development initiatives throughout the region.
  • Prepare detailed reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Develop cost estimates for a range of water and wastewater projects.
  • Perform hydraulic modeling as part of project assessments.
  • Manage permitting processes and prepare technical documents and electronic deliverables.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis to support project needs.
  • Provide engineering oversight during construction phases.
  • Participate in field activities, including pilot testing and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer registration is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven track record in managing design projects for municipal water and wastewater systems.
  • Extensive experience with large diameter piping and horizontal directional drilling techniques.
  • A Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a plus.
