Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering tasks related to water and wastewater systems and their conveyance.
- Engage in the planning and design of large diameter pipeline projects.
- Oversee various pipeline materials such as ductile iron, steel, PVC, and HTPE.
- Design essential Water/Wastewater Infrastructure components including pump stations, lift stations, tanks, and pipelines.
- Support client relations and contribute to business development initiatives throughout the region.
- Prepare detailed reports, plans, and specifications.
- Estimate costs for diverse water and wastewater projects.
- Perform hydraulic modeling to assess system performance.
- Manage permitting processes and prepare technical documentation.
- Conduct data entry and analysis for project support.
- Provide engineering oversight during construction phases.
- Participate in field activities, including pilot testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer registration is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record in managing Water/Wastewater projects for municipal clients.
- Extensive knowledge of large diameter piping and horizontal directional drilling techniques.
- A Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a plus.
