Regional Sales and Operations Manager

Calyx Living is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Triangle area. As an Area Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving census growth and sales success across our assisted living communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve census goals and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales performance targets.
- Collaborate with regional and community teams to align sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and trend reports to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee the sales and marketing planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in the senior living or related industries.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM and MS Office software.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the communities.
