Job Description:
The Human Resources Specialist - Payroll will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing payroll practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing operational people support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional HR and payroll teams to optimize payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll input.
- Manage payroll vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll input.
- Provide operational people support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in payroll, preferably with experience working directly with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Strong HRIS skills, proven track record of process improvements, and solid understanding of accounting, taxation, and finance concepts as it relates to payroll.

Salary Range: $52-$58 per hour, depending on experience.
