Key Responsibilities
  1. Create a positive learning environment and implement Individual Plans of Care to enhance client progress.
  2. Maintain accurate records of teaching strategies, behavior plans, and client progress.
  3. Monitor medical, physical, and behavioral changes, reporting incidents to supervisors as necessary.
  4. Administer medication to clients at prescribed times, adhering to agency policies and DDS standards.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in Human Services is desirable.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various ability levels is essential.

Work Schedule: Friday-Monday, 3pm-11pm (32 hours)
