Hospice Care Specialist

The RN Hospice Specialty Registered Nurse will ensure quality and safe delivery of hospice nursing services to patients in the home or assisted living setting. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient plans of care, making necessary revisions, and coordinating with other health professionals.
The ideal candidate will have current RN licensure and preferably experience in hospice and/or home care. They will provide education, supervision, and counseling to clients and their families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs.
Our nurses are paid an annual salary and are eligible for weekly productivity bonuses. The complete job description is available upon request.
