Job Description:
As an Industrial Equipment Operator at Nesco Resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain assigned machines and related equipment to produce high-quality electrical connectors. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and maintain vertical bar machines to manufacture electrical connectors
  • Conduct quality checks using gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Package finished parts for shipping

Requirements:
  • Previous machine operation experience required
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with gauges, micrometers, and calipers
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend for 8-10 hours per day
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds throughout shift
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
