Job Summary:
The Marketing Production Specialist will leverage various channels and strategies (such as content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising) to generate leads. They will also utilize data and analytics to assess the success of lead generation campaigns and strategies, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. This strategic element will ensure that the marketing production not only delivers high-quality materials but also actively supports the business in generating new opportunities and revenue. The Marketing Production Specialist will oversee the creation, execution, and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring all outputs are on-brand and effectively support our marketing and business objectives. They will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to guide projects from conception through completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the production of all marketing materials, including digital and print assets, videos, and promotional items.
- Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
- Knowledge of complete marketing cycle - from plan to production; experience producing multi-format marketing collateral (digital, print and multimedia), and managing prospect lists.
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to create new business opportunities, in alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create content and campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- Utilize various platforms and tools (like CRM, marketing automation, and analytics) to track the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency, and continuously optimize strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce effective promotional materials for lead generation.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and produce marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and production outputs.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales to develop audience segmentation and build prospect lists from multiple internal and external sources.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money in all procurements and projects.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of products.
- Quality Assurance :
- Ensure that all final products adhere to the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Review and approve materials or media before they go live.
- Performs and delivers reporting, including data analytics, performance reporting, engagement reporting, etc.
- Process Improvement:
- Implement and refine production processes, tools, and guidelines to increase efficiency and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Implement a project management system that enables smooth workflow and clear communication.
- Monitors prospect engagement and activation, and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Vendor Management:
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with external production vendors and freelance resources to ensure high-quality output.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and freelancers.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing production, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with and understanding of best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Experience managing external vendors and production budgets.
- (for SSH) Experience marketing in the US Healthcare industry
- Experience implementing and working with modern marketing stack platforms (CRM, attribution, automation, analytics, etc.).
- Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at various levels leading cross-functional groups with clear briefs and deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools. Basic understanding of design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus as is knowledge of HubSpot.
- Experience implementing and working with modern marketing stack platforms (CRM, attribution, automation, analytics, etc.).
- Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts of sound project management, including Microsoft teams, schedules, or other work management tools
- Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at various levels leading cross-functional groups with clear briefs and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
