Endeavor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Program Assistant to join our SOS (Safe Options Support) Team. The Program Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to facilitate program operations. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within the program and with external stakeholders. As the initial point of contact, the Program Assistant should exhibit kindness, patience, and understanding in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and filter incoming telephone calls and respond to program inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Provide triage support and direct assistance to program participants both in-person and over the phone as required.
  • Collaborate with the SOS Team Leader to prepare monthly reporting documentation.
  • Serve as the custodian for program petty cash and oversee petty cash transactions.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for program operations as necessary.
  • Offer specific administrative and program support to supervisory staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing for special events, conducting literature searches, photocopying, and compiling materials.
  • Deliver culturally sensitive services in alignment with Endeavor's policies and practices.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with adults who have behavioral health diagnoses is preferred, along with an understanding of trauma-informed care and the effects of systemic racism on the populations served.
