Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Functions: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services.
- Product and Service Recommendations: Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions, and educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
- Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Hospital Maintenance: Ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times, both inside and outside.
