Development and Growth

This role is centered around your development and growth. While licensing is not a prerequisite for this position, Schwab will assist you in obtaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if that aligns with your career aspirations. What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.

While holding licenses is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Charles Schwab will support employees in this position in obtaining and/or maintaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.

You should possess the ability to address client needs with tact and diplomacy, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously is essential.

You will also need to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong cross-enterprise working relationships and have a basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts. Additionally, you may be asked to become a Notary.
