  • Process client orders accurately and promptly.
  • Generate stock availability reports to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department to coordinate urgent shipping requests.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Verify invoices to ensure accuracy before sending to clients.
  • Provide clients with shipping and tracking information as needed.
  • Communicate client feedback to management to enhance service quality.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the warehouse, ensuring smooth account administration.
  • Maintain organized records of all paperwork associated with client orders.
  • Keep an updated procedure manual detailing processing requirements for each account.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in various systems.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Employment Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $19 - $20 per hour
  • Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and health savings account.
  • Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
