About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Administer daily tasks, including calendar management, email management, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee personnel management, including position management, onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, performance evaluations, and data integrity checks.
  • Maintain accurate compensation budgets for all filled positions.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

$35-$40 per hour (W2), plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, health savings account, voluntary term life insurance, 401K, sick pay (for applicable states/municipalities), and commuter benefits (Charlotte, NC).
