We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Workers Compensation Claims Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in claims management, medical bill review, and business process improvement to drive success within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve workers compensation claims processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and optimize systems supporting claims handling and management.
  • Analyze data and industry trends to inform business decisions and stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on best practices and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on workers compensation claims.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful business process improvements and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies, SDLC & PMLC processes, and business requirement gathering.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
