About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to showcase their skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working with senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare presentation materials, expense reports, and other documents as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of senior administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
