Job Description:

Support Senior Management Team

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level, with advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process expenses, gather and report information, and respond to incoming mail
  • Assist with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites, and coordinate events

Benefits:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year salary
