Job Description

At Smart City Networks, Limited Partnership, we are seeking an experienced Event Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the seamless execution of technology services for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide technical support for event networks, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Process sales and service requests, collect payments, and manage show site service desk activities.
  • Input data, print reports, and maintain inventory of proprietary software and equipment.
  • Deliver and collect equipment, work at the service desk during events, and conduct daily booth checks.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and respond to multiple interruptions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology and desire to learn in IT and telecom networking field.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
