We're seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to the Founders to join our high-impact team. As a trusted partner, you'll drive success and growth by managing critical operations, protecting the Founders' focus, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Executive support: Serve as the gatekeeper, filtering priorities and managing requests.
  • Presentation and collaboration: Create and refine presentation decks, communicate with key stakeholders, and represent the Founders in meetings.
  • Operations and HR: Manage vendor relations, assist with HR functions, and oversee schedules and timelines for projects.
