About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This individual will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various business-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Coordinate client communications, including follow-ups and document tracking.
  • Prepare expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile relevant materials, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and fostering strong relationships.
