About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to develop and maintain existing relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of target firms and institutions to identify key decision-makers and develop tailored sales approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lincoln Financial Group's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay Range

$194,000 - $481,000. Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role.
