Job Title: Assistant Vice President of Economic Mobility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President of Economic Mobility. This role will play a critical part in advancing our economic mobility strategy and building strong relationships with businesses, workforce development providers, and community-based organizations.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to advance our economic mobility priorities.
  • Lead on the implementation of our economic mobility planning, placed-based strategy, and engagement efforts in key cross-departmental projects.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to develop data-driven hypotheses and deliver clear, effective recommendations to address complex problems.
  • Design partnership frameworks and proposals based on an analysis of prospective partner organizations' missions and objectives.
  • Provide subject matter consultation to project teams across the organization on workforce-specific topics.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, project management, and partnership creation.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external senior clients and parties.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to look at the big picture, searching for insightful, creative solutions.
  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, public policy, social enterprise, and/or innovation is highly preferred.
